Enjoy!
You know that Guggenheim is NOT one of my favorite museums in NYC, and yet I am dedicating this post to it! There is an exhibition currently on that is outstanding. So I couldn’t miss it. In fact, I am late for it… but you know that I have been pretty busy lately LOL
The exhibition I am referring to is Visionaries – Creating a Modern Guggenheim, which brings together the collections of six early patrons of the museum who brought to light some of the most significant artists of their day.
The exhibition ultimately illuminates the visionaries—artists and patrons alike—who helped to establish the Guggenheim’s identity as a forward-looking institution: Camille Pissarro, Jackson Pollock, Alexander Calder, and Marcel Duchamp, to Paul Klee, Piet Mondrian, and Pablo Picasso.
All inside the wonderful architecture marvel by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Enjoy!
