New Haven e’ una cittadina dello stato del Connecticut, famosa principalmente per l’universita’ che ospita: Yale University. Adoro fermarmi qui e cerco di farlo ogni volta che posso. Saranno i palazzi che fanno tanto college inglese, o magari quello stile un po’ “Harry Potter”, la sensazione che ho quando cammino lungo le vie del campus e’ quella di voler ritornare a studiare subito.

Nel video vedrete gli edifici dell’universita’, il negozio con tutti i gadget possibili ed immaginabili con tanto di mascotte – il bulldog Handson Dan, e poi i negozietti su Chapel Street e tanto altro.

All’inizio del video si vede invece il panorama dal treno: una collezione di porticcioli, fiumi, prati verdissimi e paesaggi industriali. Osservatelo bene perche’ e’ quella la vera America, non New York!

New Haven is a city located in Connecticut State, famous for having one of the world’s best universities: Yale. I love to stop by in New Haven every time I can. It makes me fell like going back to school (there of course!) and learn more, side by side with some of the brightest minds in the world. It must be the “English College” style of the buildings and the “Harry Poter” mystery atmosphere.

In this video you will see the university buildings, a store that sells all sort of gadgets, many of which have Yale’s mascot on them – bulldog’s Handsome Dan, and of course the lovely stores along Chapel Street.

At the beginning of the video you will see the scenery visible from the train: a collection of harbors, rivers, green fields, trees and industrial landscapes. Do observe it carefully: this is the real America, not New York!
