Che cosa posso dire a parte tres jolie? Si, proprio bello. Maison Premiere e’ uno dei miei posti preferiti per fare brunch la domenica, oltre ad essere un ottimo posto per una cenetta leggera a base di ostriche. Adoro l’ambiente curatissimo che mi trasporta in un secondo agli anni 20, con le ballerine Charleston, gli uomini con i baffetti curatissimi e tutto il resto. Mi sarebbe tanto piaciuto vivere durante quel periodo, sapete.

Maison Premiere e’ un ristorante francese a Williamsburg, si trova verso la fine di Bedford Avenue, vicino all’omonimo ponte, tra Grand Street e S 1st Street. Le specialità sono  le ostriche freschissime ed i suoi cocktails meticolosamente preparati. Io adoro À La Louisiane fatto con Rittenhouse, Cocchi Torino, Benedictine, Peychaud’s e Absinthe.

What can I say other than tres jolie? Yes, very beautiful. Maison Premiere is one of my favorite brunch places on Sundays, as well as a ligh dinner spot with fresh oysters. I love the curated ambience that brings me back to the 20s and the flap dancers and perfectly-mustached-men era. I wish I would have lived during that time, for sure.

Maison Premiere is a French restaurant located in Williamsburg, towars the end of Bedford Avenue, closer to the Williamsburg Bridge, and between Grand and S 1st Streets. Its specialties are fresh oysters, hence the entrance sign, and perfectly mixed cocktails. My favorite one is À La Louisiane mixed with Rittenhouse, Cocchi Torino, Benedictine, Peychaud’s e Absinthe.
