Ciao ragazzi, come sapete sono arrivata ieri mattina in zona New Orleans, Louisiana, nel profondo sud degli Stati Uniti.

Sono ospite di una carissima amica, Jenn e della sua strepitosa famiglia. Jenn abita a Kenner, Louisiana in un bellissimo complesso residenziale con al centro un campo da golf. Per me questo e’ un posto davvero speciale con le sue querce altissime, i prati curati e rigogliosi ed i tramonti colorati. La cittadina dista circa 20 minuti dal centro di New Orleans.

Ho conosciuto Jenn ormai 10 anni fa, nel 2007. Abbiamo vissuto tantissime cose insieme negli anni a New York, fino a quando lei non si e’ ritrasferita a New Orleans, dove vive tutta la sua famiglia. Vengo a trovare Jenn almeno una volta all’anno ed e’ sempre un gran piacere. Mi sento parte della sua splendida famiglia dopo tutti i Thanksgiving e Giorni dell’Indipendenza trascorsi insieme.

Niente, godetevi questo video e domani… giornata totalmente dedicata a NoLa, New Orleans come la chiamato i suoi abitanti.

Hi guys, as you know yesterday I got to New Orleans, Louisiana. For the next 4 days I will be living here, in the the deep, deep south of USA.

I am a very lucky guest of one of my best friends here in US, Jenn and her fabolous family. Jenn lives in Keller, Louisiana, in an amazing residential complex built arund a golf course. Jenn’s home is a very dear place to me with its tall oak trees, the impeccably kept green fields and the colorful sunsets. This lovely tows is located about 20 minutes away from NoLa’s downtown.

I met Jenn about 10 years ago, during the summer of 2007. We lived some many things together during her stay in NYC. Needless to say, when she left NYC to move back to her hometown of New Orleans, I was very, very sad. Now I come to see her at least once a year and it is always a great pleasure to spend some time with her. After all the Thanksgiving  Days and July 4th spent together, I really feel part of the family.
